Nickname(s): Red, Stupid (Blue’s so mean ;_; )

Series: Legend of Zelda: Four Swords +

Age: 12-13ish

Appearance: Blonde, blue-eyed, short and, of course, displaying nothing but childlike innocence. He’s garbed in red, naturally, wearing a bright red tunic over a pastel undershirt. A pointed red cap matches his tunic. He wears white leggings and brown boots.

Personality: The optimistic one!

Indeed, out of the four distinct Links, Red is by far the most cheerful. His demeanour, more often than not, comes off as naivety and for that he’s often ridiculed ~~by Blue~~. He tends to need rescuing a lot, almost to the point where it seems he’s more of a hassle than asset at times, but does find the strength to come through when in dire straits.

He’s also the friendliest of the bunch, and is sympathetic to a fault; his compassion extends even to villains and foes. He allows himself to trust others without hesitation, leading to his being taken advantage of time after time.

He loves people and the company of others, relying on his friends (or, fellow Links) for his strength and courage. He can’t cope with loneliness, and to him the idea of being alone is probably his greatest fear.

While dubbed the positive one, he does tend to cry… a lot. That’s not to say it isn’t for good reason! Sympathy, grieving, rejection, fear... He’s simply more sensitive than the others, and does nothing to hide his emotions. What he lacks in courage, he makes up for in heart.
